You were
designed to thrive

You were created to live life in all its fullness. However, there are seasons in our lives when we’re not thriving; we’re just surviving.

Kia ora, welcome.

Right now, you may feel overwhelmed by life’s circumstances. I’ve been there. Maybe you’re trapped with negative recurring thoughts and stressful behavioural patterns.

Or you’re just stuck – you want things in your life to be different, but you don’t know where to begin.

I understand you want to change, and I want you to know that because you’ve arrived here, you can!

Let’s rewrite your story together.

A little about me

For nearly 30 years, I have been walking alongside individuals and couples, helping them navigate the ups and downs of relationships and personal growth. I am passionate about seeing people flourish in life and love, and it’s a real privilege to be part of that journey.

I’m based in beautiful Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland, New Zealand, and I work with people from all walks of life — both in person and online — so we can connect no matter where you are.
