COACHING -

In a nutshell coaching is a great way to enable you to become clear about what you want, and the specific steps you need to take to get there. As the client, you are always in the driving seat and we will only ever explore the areas that you are comfortable with.

My role is to ask you powerful questions and offer you another perspective. Through your own insights you will become clear about your values, beliefs and goals.

I can then guide and support you to find your own solutions, and strategies.

  • The Integrative Enneagram (IEQ9) offers individual and couples profiling for personal and professional development. Individuals can choose between a standard or professional profile, each providing insights and tools for growth, followed by four coaching sessions to integrate learnings into daily life.

  • For couples, each partner completes a questionnaire, and IEQ9 generates a profile highlighting strengths, weaknesses, pitfalls, and opportunities for growth across areas like communication, conflict styles, decision-making, finances, intimacy, and parenting.

  • Enneagram team development aims to…

    • Develop psychological safety and build deeper levels of trust

    • Enable collective learning and a higher quality of collaboration.

    • Create clarity and engagement around purpose and priorities

    • Understand the processes that underlie how the team works

    • Identify ways to improve team processes and performance

    • Manage conflict positively as a driver of performance, not a barrier

    • Question assumptions, allowing new ways of working to emerge

    • Value the contribution of each member and support each other

    • Increase the level of creativity and innovation in the team

WHAT IS THE ENNEAGRAM?

The Enneagram is a powerful personality tool for self-discovery and personal growth. It helps you explore big questions like: Who am I? Why do I think and act this way? How can I live with more purpose? By revealing your core motivations, beliefs, and patterns, it offers meaningful insight into how you relate to yourself and others.

WHY IT MATTERS

Used around the world in coaching, counselling, leadership, and personal development, the Enneagram highlights both your strengths and the habits that may hold you back. It creates a clear link between greater self-awareness and real-life change, helping you grow in confidence, resilience, and connection.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Whether you're looking to deepen your personal journey, improve your relationships, enhance leadership, or support team development, the Enneagram is for you. Its insights apply across all areas of life and are valuable for individuals, couples, professionals, and groups alike.

HOW IT HELPS

The Enneagram shines a light on your inner world—your fears, desires, blind spots, and default patterns. With this clarity, you can navigate challenges more effectively, improve relationships, and make better choices. It also supports emotional intelligence, lowers stress, and encourages long-term personal growth.

ENNEAGRAM-

“Enneagram is the buzzword that is flying around. So, like most, I went online and completed a quick survey to determine my number, my wings, and my healthy state versus what triggers me when I am unhealthy. It all sounds confusing, and it is if you try to fast-track it.

Why did I fast-track it – well, it turns out I am a 7 – THE ENTHUSIAST, The Busy, Variety-Seeking Type, who is spontaneous, versatile, acquisitive, and scattered. When I did it correctly with Nikki, that means I actually slowed down - I realised the fast method does not give you a complete picture.

The report from Nikki via Enneagram is 42 pages of insightful, cool stuff about me. Pages of learning and challenges that are so constructive. But what made it come to life was the gentle, encouraging, highly professional coaching as Nikki helped me navigate, learn, be more vulnerable and be comfortable sitting in the moment. I loved it, still love it, and use the learnings daily. How can I be an effective leader if I don’t spend time learning about what makes me tick? Thank you, Nikki.”
