Individual Coaching
The focus is on helping you feel clearer, more confident, and more in control of your life.
In one-to-one coaching, I use a range of approaches, including the Enneagram, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and life coaching techniques, to support you in breaking old patterns, gaining self-awareness, and creating meaningful change.

Couple Coaching
I use the Enneagram IEQ9, which offers couples a meaningful way to understand one another at a deeper level. Each partner completes a questionnaire and receives a personalised profile highlighting strengths, challenges, and opportunities for growth in areas such as communication, conflict styles, decision-making, intimacy, finances, and parenting.
The Enneagram helps you see how each of you is motivated, how you experience the world differently, and why certain patterns show up in your relationship.
By clarifying needs, triggers, and communication styles, it builds empathy, reduces conflict, and creates a shared language for stronger, more connected relationships.
Team Coaching
I use the Enneagram IEQ9 to offer teams a powerful way to understand how people think, communicate, and work together. This process highlights individual strengths, working styles, and potential blind spots, helping teams build deeper trust and psychological safety.
By recognising what motivates different team members, the Enneagram improves communication, collaboration, and decision-making, while providing a practical framework for navigating challenges and managing conflict constructively.
Team development with the Enneagram supports clearer purpose and priorities, stronger leadership, healthier relationships, and more effective ways of working together — ultimately increasing engagement, creativity, and overall performance.
Fees
I never want cost to be the reason someone doesn’t seek support.
If finances are a concern, please don’t let that stop you from reaching out. I welcome conversations about affordability and will do my best to find an arrangement that feels manageable.
My priority is helping people access the support they need, and I encourage you to get in touch even if you're unsure whether therapy is financially possible right now.
